TASK DESCRIPTION
- Management of complex miscellaneous metal and structural steel projects
- Planning and monitoring of project schedules, including drawings, procurement, fabrication, installation and subcontracting
- Technical coordination with specialized drafters and engineers
- Site measurements and coordination with general contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
- Monitoring of project budgets and timelines
- Change order management
- Follow-up on project invoicing
- Project closeout
QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION CRITERIA
- Project management experience in structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, field teams and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Must be based in South Florida
- Ability to travel regularly to project sites throughout South Florida
