TASK DESCRIPTION

Management of complex miscellaneous metal and structural steel projects
Planning and monitoring of project schedules, including drawings, procurement, fabrication, installation and subcontracting
Technical coordination with specialized drafters and engineers
Site measurements and coordination with general contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
Monitoring of project budgets and timelines
Change order management
Follow-up on project invoicing
Project closeout

QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION CRITERIA

Project management experience in structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, field teams and internal teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Must be based in South Florida
Ability to travel regularly to project sites throughout South Florida

Location: South Florida – Home-based position with regular travel to project sites
