ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
TASK DESCRIPTION
- Management of technical and construction documents (customer drawings, internal drawings, QR & guidelines)
- Purchase of consumables/factory
- Planning
- Purchase of materials and nuts and bolts
- Manufacturing process
- Subcontractor management
- Technical assistance to installers
- Preparation of bids & quantity surveys
- Site measurements and coordination with other subcontractors and contractors
- Management of contract amendments (classification of documentation, preparation of extras, follow-up tables)
- Preparation of payment requests
- Preparation of completion documents (TQC, guarantees etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION CRITERIAS
- Ability to work as a team
- Relevant experience in construction
- Fluency in French and English (oral/written)
