ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

TASK DESCRIPTION

  • Management of technical and construction documents (customer drawings, internal drawings, QR & guidelines)
  • Purchase of consumables/factory
  • Planning
  • Purchase of materials and nuts and bolts
  • Manufacturing process
  • Subcontractor management
  • Technical assistance to installers
  • Preparation of bids & quantity surveys
  • Site measurements and coordination with other subcontractors and contractors
  • Management of contract amendments (classification of documentation, preparation of extras, follow-up tables)
  • Preparation of payment requests
  • Preparation of completion documents (TQC, guarantees etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS AND APPLICATION CRITERIAS

  • Ability to work as a team
  • Relevant experience in construction
  • Fluency in French and English (oral/written)
